HOW TO BOOK
💻 Online
The fastest way to find out about and book shows is via our website. You can browse current and upcoming productions in our What’s On section.
Once you’ve selected the show you’re interested in, click on it and you’ll be able to choose from all of the available performance days and times. Select the number of tickets you’d like and then select Checkout. From there, you’ll be able to log-in if you’ve booked online with us before and created an account or continue as a guest if you would prefer not to make one.
Upstairs at the Gatehouse is a paperless venue, so you won’t need to print your ticket.

If you need to speak to us directly, you can call the Box Office at 020 8340 3488. Our opening hours are variable and strictly limited to days on which there is a performance, but you can always leave a message about your booking and someone will get back to you promptly.
🧍 In Person
The Box Office is open to the public 30 minutes in advance of every performance. You can purchase tickets here subject to availability.
CONCESSIONS
For productions offering concessionary rates, these are available to those aged 66 and over; under-18s; students; Equity and MU members; and anyone with an Access Card.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All ticket sales are final. Unless you have added Ticketsolve Protect to your order at checkout, refunds are only available in the event that the performance you’ve booked for is cancelled.
If you have purchased Ticketsolve Protect, further details including how to claim can be found in your confirmation email or at this link.
Subject to our discretion, we may be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. This incurs an administrative fee of £2.50 per ticket. Please contact the Box Office on 020 8340 3488 or email gatehouse@chromolume.co.uk at the earliest opportunity to enquire about an exchange.
THEATRE TOKENS
We are pleased to accept Theatre Tokens for any of our shows.
To redeem, please call the box office or pay us a visit. It is not currently possible to redeem your tokens online.
We also have Theatre Tokens for sale at the box office and can help top-up your existing tokens over the phone or in person.
