OVATION TICKET FEES
Ovation’s ticketing operation sells tickets on behalf of producers bringing their shows to UATG. All income from the ticket sales goes to the producer, hence the need to charge for ticketing operations separately. The ticketing fees cover the cost of providing a ticketing service, paying the bank charges and all the associated administration costs. However, booking fees only apply to customers who buy on the phone or online. The fee is 50p per ticket on the telephone and 5% of the total purchase price online.
Tickets purchased in person at the box office on the day of the performance using cash or credit / debit cards do not incur a transaction fee.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a ticket online your confirmation slip must be exchanged for a ticket at the Box Office before entering the auditorium.
Concessionary rates are available for most shows to those aged 65 and over, Gatehouse Angels, under-18s, students, Equity and MU members and those who are registered disabled.
Tickets purchased online or from the theatre can only be refunded if a performance is sold out. Alternatively tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability). Please contact the box office on 020 8340 3488 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
