HOW TO BOOK

💻 Online

The fastest way to find out about and book shows is via our website. You can browse current and upcoming productions in our What’s On section.

Once you’ve selected the show you’re interested in, click on it and you’ll be able to choose from all of the available performance days and times. Select the number of tickets you’d like and then select ‘Checkout’. From there, you’ll be able to log-in if you’ve booked online with us before and created an account or continue as a guest if you would prefer not to make one.

Upstairs at the Gatehouse is a paperless venue, so you won’t need to print your ticket.

If you need to speak to us directly, you can call the Box Office at 020 8340 3488. As a small team, our opening times vary but you can always leave a message about your booking and someone will get back to you promptly.

🧍 In Person

The Box Office is open in advance of every performance. You can purchase tickets here subject to availability.

CONCESSIONS

Concessionary rates are available for most shows to those aged 65 and over; under-18s; students; Equity and MU members; and those who are registered disabled.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets can only be refunded if the performance is cancelled by the theatre.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, your tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability). Please contact the box office on 020 8340 3488 or email gatehouse@chromolume.co.uk to arrange this transfer.

THEATRE TOKENS

We are pleased to accept Theatre Tokens for any of our shows.

To redeem, please call the box office or pay us a visit. It is not currently possible to redeem your tokens online.

We also have Theatre Tokens for sale at the box office and can help top-up your existing tokens over the phone or in person.
