How do we collect information from you?

We may collect personal information from you when you book tickets, join our mailing list, sign up to our Angel Scheme, Seat Reservation Scheme or become a patron.

What information might we collect from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email, telephone number or card details for payment processing. 

How do we use your data?

Booking Tickets

When you choose to book tickets online, you are redirected to our third party ticket supplier TicketSolve. For further details on their privacy policy please visit https://www.ticketsolve.com/privacy-cookies/ 

We will only contact you if you have requested to hear about future shows, or in the event a show is cancelled or postponed. 

If you have booked via the box office prior to 24th May 2018 and provided us with a mobile number, we may contact you via text message regarding upcoming Ovation shows. For data collected from 25th May 2018, we will only contact you via text you if you have provided consent. 

Mailing Lists and Donation Schemes

If you have requested to join any of our donation schemes or mailing lists we will keep your details on our secure server and only contact you for the purposes for which you have joined, be it to renew your donation or to receive our seasonal programme, or updates and news about the theatre. You may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us on events@ovationproductions.com or 020 8340 3488, or by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ in the footer of our emails. 

Please be aware, simply unsubscribing from mailing lists does not mean we no longer store your information.

Who has access to your information?

We do not share any information with third parties or partner companies. Your information is available to Upstairs at the Gatehouse and the in-house production company Ovation only. 

We will only pass your information on should you request to be contacted by one of our visiting companies.

Your right to be forgotten

If you wish for your data to be deleted from our records, please contact us on events@ovationproductions.com
