There are no more tickets available for The Buddy Holly Story as it is now completely sold out
by arrangement with Alan James for Theatre Partners and with Josef Weinberger Limited Ovation presents
The day the music died sang American singer Don McLean. He was referring to the 3rd February 1959 when a plane carrying Buddy Holly, 'The Big Bopper' and Ritchie Valens crashed into a snow covered field in Iowa. Born in Texas, Buddy mixed his own style of rock’n’roll with country music to create the original sound that would establish him as a legend in popular music.

Since its debut in London’s West End in 1989, ‘Buddy’ has thrilled audiences world-wide with classic songs like That’ll Be The Day, Rave On, Peggy Sue, Chantilly Lace and La Bamba. With the aid of a talented cast of actor-musicians Ovation is proud to present the first fringe production of The Buddy Holly Story.
